**CSB Holdings LLC** ("Provider") provides this infrastructure exclusively for authorized commercial entities ("Client") within the CSB Franchise Network. By accessing the Gateway, you acknowledge that this is a **B2B-only service** designed for high-volume transactional processing.
1.1. **Transactional Mandate:** The Infrastructure is strictly limited to Transactional Email and System Alerts. "Transactional" is defined as communication triggered by a user action or system event (e.g., Inventory Alerts, IoT Sensor Warnings, Invoice Generation, Shift Scheduling).
1.2. **Prohibition of Marketing:** The use of this infrastructure for promotional newsletters, marketing solicitations, or cold outreach is strictly prohibited. Any detection of marketing headers will result in immediate API token revocation.
2.1. **No Purchased Lists:** Client represents and warrants that no data processed through the Gateway utilizes purchased, rented, or third-party scraped email lists.
2.2. **Consent Requirement:** All recipients must have a direct contractual or employment relationship with the Franchise entity. CSB Holdings adheres to the **M3AAWG Best Practices** for sender reputation.
2.3. **Hard Bounce Limit:** Accounts exceeding a 5% hard bounce rate (invalid recipients) within a 24-hour period will be automatically suspended for audit.
3.1. **High-Volume Authorization:** Clients are authorized for "Burst Traffic" events (defined as >10,000 messages/minute) solely for emergency operational notifications (e.g., Cold Chain Failure Alerts).
3.2. **Double Opt-In:** For any external vendor access, a confirmed Double Opt-In (DOI) verification record must be stored and provided upon request by the Compliance Officer.
